Workshops usually include three elements : Mindfulness techniques, deep relaxation and bodywork combining stretching and mobilising postures, props and bolsters such as blocks, cushions and small massage balls to create space, deepen individual sense of postural awareness and release tension.
Mini retreats are themed with the turn of the season and also include mind-body techniques and relaxation.
